3. Please enter the amount of your payment in the "Unit Price" field.
4. Click the "Update Totals" button.
5. If you have a PayPal account, sign in to make your payment.
6. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click "Continue" under "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" to proceed with your payment.
7. After you enter all the required information and make your payment, you will be given a confirmation number and an email receipt of your payment will be sent to the email address you provided.
